What We Deliver
The goal of The Driscoll Law Firm is to
deliver high quality, cost-efficient legal services to the
Texas business community and individuals. It is fair to ask
how this is accomplished and how this is different from legal
services provided by others.
Mr. Driscoll is an experienced attorney who has total responsibility
for legal matters, from inception to conclusion.
His education and work experience as an engineer, coupled with
his legal experience and intellect, set the stage for expeditious
analysis, and establishment of a concise plan for pursuing goals of all
matters to the best obtainable results. In The Driscoll Law Firm,
a file is not overworked, or passed around the office for handling, with
the attendant re-education, analysis and review at additional cost to the client.
As the complexity of a matter may require, Mr. Driscoll calls on experienced attorneys
to help. Nevertheless, most cases taken to trial are handled with one attorney
and one paralegal. Clients pay for what a matter requires for proper handling and no
more.
Close collaboration with clients is essential in order to ensure that the client's
objectives are being met and that the legal work done directly furthers the client's
objectives. As soon as practicable after
a new client sends a matter for handling, Mr. Driscoll travels at his expense
to meet at the client's home office for a personal introduction and discussion of the objectives
and goals for the handling of the case. Mr. Driscoll handles most matters based on hourly
rates that are fair for his experience and skills. Mr Driscoll's hourly rate and the manner in
which files are handled are designed to lead to client satisfaction and repeat assignments.
