Mr. Driscoll has practiced law in Houston and the surrounding area since 1977. Prior to practicing law,
he worked as an engineer at Westinghouse Electric in the Development Section of the Large Steam Turbine
Division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Driscoll was licensed as a Professional Engineer.
The practice of The Driscoll Law Firm includes both an office practice and litigation, in state and
federal courts, concerning such matters as insurance, real estate, sales of goods, notes and liens
and other creditors’ rights matters. Mr. Driscoll’s office practice includes representation of
financial institutions, counseling of owners with respect to construction contracts, non-profit
corporations, and third-party insurance administrators. Mr. Driscoll has been a speaker
at seminars, national conventions, and client-sponsored seminars covering topics such as
the relationships between outside counsel and a general counsel’s office, enforcement of
mechanics’ liens, and claims handling procedures and practice.
Mr. Driscoll is married with two sons. One son attends L.S.U. and the other attends the Marine Military
Academy in Harlingen, Texas. He is active in his community and he has held leadership positions
in such institutions as Boy Scouts of America and Little League.
